1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using DRSSD ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 16 years old to use DRSSD.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of clothing photos, selfies and looks you upload. You grant us a licence to process this content to provide and improve the Service, including AI-generated styling. You must not upload content you do not own or that infringes others' rights.
4. Community conduct
Shared looks are visible to other users. You must not post abusive, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & payments
Premium features are offered as paid subscriptions or one-time purchases processed by Base44 Payments. Fees are shown before checkout. Promotional or complimentary access may be granted at our discretion and can be revoked if a code is abused or terms are breached.
6. AI-generated content
Outfit suggestions, editorial imagery and colour analysis are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or subjective. They are provided for inspiration only and do not constitute professional styling advice.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access others' data, reverse-engineer the Service, overload its infrastructure, or use automated tools to scrape content without permission.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep DRSSD reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may discontinue or limit functionality with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of DRSSD.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
