DRSSD ("we", "us") is an AI-powered wardrobe management and styling application. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using DRSSD you agree to the practices described here.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and name, used for authentication and communication.
• Style profile data: gender, body shape, skin tone, style preferences and region, used to tailor outfit recommendations.
• Wardrobe & selfie data: photographs of your clothing and selfies that you upload to generate looks, virtual try-ons and colour analysis.
• Usage data: interactions such as liked, saved and disliked looks, used to refine personalisation.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments); we never store full card details.

3. How we use your data

• To provide outfit recommendations, virtual try-on and colour palette analysis.
• To improve our AI models and the relevance of suggested looks.
• To operate community features such as sharing looks and following creators.
• To process subscription payments and grant access to premium features.
• To send essential service emails (account, security and support).

4. AI processing

Your style profile and wardrobe images are processed by AI providers to generate outfit suggestions and editorial imagery. We only send the data necessary for the request and do not use your images to train third-party foundation models.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with processors that help us operate the service — authentication, hosting, AI generation, email and payments. We never sell your personal data. Shared looks you post to the community are visible to other users as you choose.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile settings; deletion is irreversible.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (including the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getdrssd.com.

8. Security

We use row-level access controls so each user can only read and modify their own personal data (wardrobe, selfies, style profile, saved looks and wishlist). Sensitive images are not publicly indexed.

9. Children's privacy

DRSSD is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
